Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times after processing:

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, and external factors.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (United States)
  • (Optional: Add other countries if you plan to expand)

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volume periods

However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:
